  • When was Midtown Doral Condominium 4 Association incorporated and where is located?

    Midtown Doral Condominium 4 Association, INC. is a Florida Non Profit Corporation incorporated in 2015. We are located in 7875 NW 107th Ave, Doral FL 33178. Our Association is part of a mixed use project called MIDTOWN DORAL, that include six (06) different phases. The second phase will include our Club House and the project is under evaluation in the City of Doral.

  • I would love to live in Midtown Doral Condo Association 4. Who I need to talk to buy or rent an unit? Do you have a leasing office?

    Midtown Doral has very interesting units layouts, fantastic views to beautiful sunrises and sunsets. One of these units is definitely waiting for you... 

    Not being a Rental Community, we do not have a leasing or selling office on site. If you are interested in to buy, sell or rent an unit, please visit www.realtors.com or find a licensed Real Estate Sales Representative that will help you to find the unit of your dreams.

  • Which are the schools nearby?

    Midtown Doral is located under District 5 of the Miami-Dade County. You can learn more about the great schools located near the area by visiting http://district5.dadeschools.net

  • Is Midtown Doral Condominium 4 Association a pet-friendly community?

    Yes! We love pets, but your furry companion must comply with the rules and regulations of the community. The possession of pets in the building, is an exclusive privilege of the owners of each unit, ESA and service animals are always welcomed. Pets need to be registered with all the necessary information. Pets cannot weight more than fifteen (15 lbs.) pounds each, they must be in a leash at all time, and you must pick up after them. 

  • Are the utilities included when renting an unit in Midtown Doral Condo Association 4?

    In general, internet and cable TV services are provided by the Midtown Doral 4 Condo Association and the water is provided by Midtown Doral Master Association, these utilities are included in the monthly master and condo fee that every homeowner pays. Power and Electricity contract is handled directly between the resident and FPL.


    To know what utilities are included in your monthly rent, we recommend you to talk to your landlord or licensed Real Estate Sales Representative to confirm what the detailed conditions are.

  • Where can I park while visiting Midtown Doral Condo 4?

    Our fellow neighbors and visitors from condos 1 and 2, park at garage A, while the ones from condos 3 and 4 park at garage B. Visitors and shoppers park on the first two floors of each garage, and residents park from the third floor up.   • Can I move in as soon I sign a lease or purchase a unit?

    It is mandatory before any move in, to go through the registration/application process with the management company and the orientation process. The process usually take between 2 and 3 weeks. You will find the form with all the necessary information and requirements by clicking here.

  • How can I order an estoppel letter?

    The interested party must send a request and payment by mail to the management office located at 10855 NW 33rd St, Doral, FL 33172. The regular fee is $250.00, all requests are processed within 7 business days. Rush orders are available for $350.00, and these are processed within 3 business days. The payment method must be in the form of a Money Order or Cashier’s Check payable to RENOVATIONS PROPERTY MANAGEMENT.

  • How I can order a condo questionnaire?

    The interested party or Financial Institution must send the Condo Questionnaire Form and payment to the Management Office located at 10855 NW 33rd St, Doral, FL 33172. Rush orders are available for an additional fee of $75.00, and these are processed within 3 business days. The regular fee is $100.00, all requests are processed within 7 business days. The payment method must be in the form of a Money Order or Cashier’s Check payable to RENOVATIONS PROPERTY MANAGEMENT.
